REGISTRATION AND REGISTRATION FEE

Registration Fees (A, B, C, D, F) are covering: 

• Participation in conference sessions, 
• Participant conference bag, 
• Publication of a maximum of 2 works per one registration in the Book of Abstracts,
• Coffee breaks, and 
• Lunch during 3 conference days.

*These Registration Fees are for the conference participation from ITC countries, which are, according to COST rules, the following: Albania, Armenia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Estonia, Croatia, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Lithuania, Latvia, Malta, Moldova, Montenegro, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Slovakia, Republic of North Macedonia, Republic of Serbia, Türkiye, and Ukraine. 
***This registration is available only for Purple Gain members registered as Action members until 1st of June 2025. For these participants, participation in conference sessions, the participant bag, and coffee breaks are free of charge. This registration fee for Purple Gain members is to cover the lunches during 3 conference days.

Registration Fee for Day Visitor (E) covering:

• One-day participation in conference sessions, 
• Participant conference bag, 
• Book of Abstracts, 
• One-day coffee breaks, and 
• Pne-day lunch. 

** Note: This registration does not include poster or oral presentation at the conference, nor publication in the Book of Abstracts.
Registration after 10^th of August will be possible, but with no possibility to present work at the conference or to publish works in the Book of Abstracts. Registration after 10th of August will be the same as the Late Registration Fee.
